Studs & Track

ProSTUD^® Drywall Framing System
ProSTUD^® and ProTRAK^® are equivalent gauge drywall products that come in 15, 18, 22, 26, 30, and 33 mil thicknesses (25ga–20ga). The stud web widths include 1-5/8”, 2-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 3-5/8”, 4”, 5-1/2”, and 6” all with 1-1/4” flange. The matching track can be ordered at 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2”, and or 3” leg. Custom length sizes are available.

Drywall Studs & Track
We manufacture a full line of drywall studs in 18, 27, 30 and 33 mil thicknesses (25-20ga.). These studs are available in standard 1-5/8”, 2-1/2”, 3-1/2”, 3-5/8”, 4”, 5-1/2” and 6” member widths and have 1-1/4” flanges. Corresponding track comes with 1-1/4”, 2” or 3” leg. We also manufacture custom studs and track on request.

Structural Studs & Track
Our structural studs and track are made in standard widths from 2-1/2” thru 16”. Flanges are available in 1-3/8”, 1-5/8”, 2”, 2-1/2”, 3” and 3-1/2”. Custom width and flange/leg studs and track can be manufactured on request. Structural studs and track are available in 33, 43, 54, 68, 97 and 118 mil thicknesses (20-10ga.).

Accessories

Furring Channel
Furring Channel may be used for furring masonry walls and ceiling assemblies or in any other typical wall furring or cross-furring or framing application. Furring channel is available in 7/8” and 1-1/2” heights. Bearing surface is 1-1/4”. Furring channel is available in 18, 27, 30 and 43 mil thicknesses (25-18ga.). Custom furring channel is available on request.

U-Channel
U-Channel is used in many common bridging and bracing applications. U-channel is available in 54 mil (16ga.) steel with 1/2” legs. Standard widths are 3/4”, 1-1/2”, 2” and 2-1/2”.

Z-Furring
Z-Furring is used to provide support for insulation while allowing for drywall attachment at masonry or concrete walls. Z-furring is available in 18, 27, 30 and 43 mil thicknesses (25-18ga.) and 1”, 1-1/2”, 2” and 2-1/2” depths.

Angle
Angle can be used in a variety of applications. Angle is available in a full range of gauges, leg lengths, and bend angles.

Flat Strapping
Flat strapping is used for lateral bracing, joist bridging and diagonal bracing to prevent racking. Flat strapping is available in multiple widths and in a full range of gauges.

CRC Clip
CRC clips are used to secure cold rolled channel to individual framing members. Each clip is pre-punched ready for quick and easy installation. We offer a variety sizes to meet your needs.

Jamb and Header System
Jamb and Header Systems can be used in a wide array of applications. These members are available in standard sizes of 3 5/8", 6", and 8". Jamb and Header flanges can be 2 1/2", 3" or 3 1/2" leg sizes. The system is offered in 43, 54, 68, and 97 mil thicknesses (18-12ga.).
